Poire bleue /Blue pear

Aneb hruškovo nivová pizza.

I don't like "pate feuilletée" with cheese, it's too fat.
So I made this pie with the pizza paste (home made of course). I covered it with sliced peeled pear than spiced it with the hot red pepper, salt and pepper, garnished with the blue cheese (for me the goat of course) and than sprinkled with pumpkin grains.
180°C for some 20min.
