200ml Alnatura Hafer Drink
1 banana
few almonds
1 Alnatura Soft Aprikosen
1/2 cup of melted Lesní směs s cukrem (frosted Forest fruits with sugar)

Oat milk has a calorie content similar to that of 2 percent cow's milk and a fat content similar to that of 1 percent cow's milk. According to FitSugar.com, 1 cup of plain oat milk provides approximately 130 calories, 2.5 g fat, 24 g carbohydrates, 2 g fiber and 4 g protein. It is relatively low in sodium, with 110 mg per serving. In comparison, a cup of skim milk has 125 mg sodium, while plain hemp milk is the lowest milk source of protein with only 25 mg.

Oat milk is also a source of essential vitamins and minerals that aid in normal body functions, help with energy and mood levels and promote skin health. Oats are a source of calcium and iron, which are essential for bone health and for transporting oxygen to the body's cells, respectively. Other vitamins and minerals include phosphorus; manganese; potassium; vitamins B-1, B-2, B-3, B-6 and B-12; and vitamin A.
