Some notes:
- Well, the recipe is not well translated from German (usual problem of all DM texts), but uderstandable.
- You don't need to make the pastry from 300g of flour, some 200 - 250g would be enough for normal cake size.
- To be really sure how to make the cream, you should maybe compare the explanation with some other recipe.
Prepare yourself: the Tarte takes long to be made!

1 žloutek a dvě lžíce studené vody
to je základ fr. jablečného koláče a těsta je tak akorát na velkou formu. Hani:-)
