Flan nature

It's been so long....
 I haven't make this cake for ages... and it's so yummy!
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 600 ml of whole milk
  • puff pastry
  • 150 g of sugar (including 1 real vanilla sugar)
  • 75 g of cornflour (Gustin)
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sugar and the cornflour, beat in the whole eggs. Pour in little by little the milk to this mixture and whisk well, add the vanilla flavour and pour the mixture into the pan of hot milk.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, and take off the heat before it gets to boiling point.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry into a deep pie pan previously buttered. Pour over the milk preparation.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes until golden on the top.
